What is LG Health Wellness Express?

We offer in-person wellness visits for routine physicals, health screenings, and immunizations, as well as telemedicine services for minor illnesses and injuries. Our experience nurse practitioners work in cooperation with the doctors at Family Medicine Crooked Oak, an LG Health Physicians’ practice.

 

When should I go to the emergency room?

We treat minor illnesses and common conditions through our convenient telemedicine video visits.

If you have a serious injury or illness, or a life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.

What can I expect during my visit?

You can expect to receive the same high-quality healthcare you have come to associate with LG Health. You’ll also find convenient hours, a welcoming environment and friendly, professional care from an experienced medical staff.

 

Can I use LG Health Wellness Express as my primary healthcare provider? 

To maximize your health, it’s important to have a strong, ongoing relationship with a physician. We work in conjunction with your primary care provider to keep you well. After your visit, the nurse practitioner will forward a report to your doctor upon request.
